Last week, I had the pleasure of photographing the Brampton Assembly Plant for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. What an impeccable facility. The plant is home to more than 3,500 employees, each of whom help build the Chrysler 300, Dodge Challenger, Charger, and each of their variants - including the menacing 707 hp Challenger and Charger Hellcats.
From stamping to drivetrain installation, final assembly to water testing, each model (save for the powertrain and drivetrain components) is built entirely in-house for the global market.
What's perhaps most incredible (save for the cleanliness of the plant) is the coordination of each stage of the build, which sees different trims of each model being built at the same time.
